If you would like a partial refund of your membership fees, you may request one using the form below.
We will try to honor all reasonable refund requests, but funds are limited.
Preference will be given to comics who have performed less than three times since their membership began, and to video plan members who have not yet received two videos.
Video Plan Members: You may also use this form to request videos of your sets from previous shows. Please provide specific show dates if possible. If you require a DVD, please mention that in your comments and we will contact you.
Please note that requesting a refund of any amount greater than zero will cancel your membership. If The Green Mic returns, all members that have not cancelled will be credited with the remaining time on their membership as of November 1, 2006.
